At Vie Gauges, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and purpose. For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, all sales are final. 

Return and Exchanges 

 Due to the personal nature of ear gauges and plugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Please double-check your size and product details before placing your order. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a message to us at https://viegauges.com/pages/contact with: your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims Made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellations 

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all orders are considered final and will be processed for fulfillment. 

Sizing & Fit 

We are not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer. Please use a sizing guide before purchasing, if you're unsure about sizing.
