All orders are processed within 7 business days of order placement. Custom Orders may take longer - you'll be notified if so.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. 

Incorrect Addresses 

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, VieGauges is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location. For issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
